Thunder hoops is a program for children aged 6+ who are old enough to understand the concept of a basketball game.

Children are divided up into teams and they play proper games of basketball run by a real referee.
BUT… The coaches are on the court teaching and explaining the rules.

At Mitcham Thunder we believe this is the best way to prepare your child for entry into  competitions in the future.

At Mitcham Thunder, we believe that YOU, the parent, should not have to fork out your hard earned dollars buying equipment and uniforms only to find out that your child doesn’t like a sport.

That’s why we work hard fundraising so we can put on a FREE beginners program. 
You won’t pay a cent.

You need to enrol your child for this program as places are limited to 20 participants
